Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor the end-to-end accounts receivable procedures, comprising invoicing, cash application and recoveries.
- Make sure correct and timely processing of customer payments and resolve of differences.
- Handle customer accounts, tracking aging reports and reduce overdue receivables.
- Able to record, calculate, input or process financial information into system.
- Making customer invoices as per accounting procedures.
- Able to research and investigate discrepancies in invoices to evaluate the correct of charges.
- Able to match payments to invoice numbers and sales orders.
- Managing customer inquiries about billing problems.
- Handling an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable records.
- Able to submit regular reports to senior management on accounts receivable operations efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA / Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
