Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to process and validate all supplier and contractual invoices as per with company guidelines and approved agreements.
- Lead and make sure vendor payments on time with complete reconciliations and documentation.
- Evaluate and perform monthly supplier ledger and bank reconciliations, making sure correctness and timely resolve of inconsistencies.
- Make and review monthly expense accruals to assist correct financial reporting and closing measures.
- Keep and update vendor master information, track payment schedules, and make sure obey to credit terms.
- Make sure strict compliance as per internal controls, sales tax and withholding tax regulations.
- Communicate and assist audit and finance teams amid internal and external audits by delivering needed documentation.
- Cooperate with related departments to handle asset capitalization and closing of work-in-progress accounts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ M.Com Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
