Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build, execute and track sales tactics to gain business objectives.
- Classify new business opportunities, corporate leads and partnerships.
- Keep robust relations with current clients to make sure repeat business.
- Perform daily market research to classify trends, competitor actions and probable clients.
- Supervise and drive the sales team to gain individual and departmental aims.
- Make and interpret daily sales reports, estimates and performance analysis to upper management.
- Collaborate with front office, operations and reservations team members to make sure client satisfaction.
- Interpret the hotel at exhibitions, networking events and trade shows.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 4 – 6 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
