Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in building and executing banquet sales tactics to gain departmental aims.
- Manage client queries, perform property tours, and make comprehensive event proposals.
- Cooperate with the banquet kitchen, operations and front office team members to make sure event execution fulfils client expectations.
- Keep and develop relations with social, corporate and government clients.
- Able to finalize and negotiate banquet event contracts as per with company guidelines.
- Make event forecasts, summaries, and post-event reports.
- Assist the banquet sales manager in driving upselling programs and making sure profitability.
- Track competitor actions and market trends to classify new opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
