Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and modify project schedule as per the contract.
- Setting work initiative and aim milestones for each stage as per the project plan.
- Track critical actions based on the project schedule and suggest project management.
- Makes and submit modernized work program and cash flow bend suggesting actual development and classify sections of weakness and builds means and approaches for recovery.
- Track day to day work development and make the weekly and monthly initiative and report.
- Keep and record update of site work development found from Project Manager.
- Makes monthly report suggesting work development summary.
- Able to report to the Project Manager regard the current work development and prepare comparison between plan and real development and study effect of modification approaches to work.
- Take participate in project discussions and meetings with the Client as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil from any reputed university.
- At least have 4 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
