Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance the establishment of OHS policies and guidelines.
- Suggest and instruct on several safety-relevant topics like noise stages, usage of machinery etc.
- Perform risk valuation and impose precautionary measures.
- Evaluation current policies and procedures and modify as per legislation.
- Commence and plan OHS training of employees as well as executives.
- Examine premises and the work of employees to classify problems or non-conformity like not usage safety equipment.
- Monitor maintenance, installations, and disposal of substances.
- Prevent any unsafe actions or procedures that seem unhealthy.
- Able to record and investigate incidents to evaluate causes and manage worker’s compensation claims effectively.
- Make reports on existences and deliver statistical data to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in HSE from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Must have IOSH/ OSHA/ NEBOSH certifications.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
