Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle, design, build, make and keep small-scale via to large-scale construction projects in a protective, timely and maintainable manner.
- Perform on site examinations and analyze information like reports, maps, tests, drawings and other.
- Follow up procedural and possibility studies and make up blueprints that fulfil technical specifications.
- Evaluate possible materials, risks, and costs.
- Deliver guidance and resolve artistically any emerging deficiencies.
- Monitor and provide training to staff and cooperate with a selection of stakeholders.
- Manage over the ensuing structures and services for usage.
- Track development and assemble reports in project status.
- Handle budget and purchase materials.
- Obey with strategies and guidelines comprising permits, safety and provide technical files and other related technical documentation as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil from any reputed university.
- At least have 12+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
