Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to travel to sites, when needed.
- Compelling measurements of angles and distances on a property or section of land for build legal boundaries.
- Retaining particular tool, comprising GPS, distance measuring wheels, and geographic information system equipment to quantify boundaries.
- Conducting mathematical computations to evaluate and authorize surveying measurements.
- Studying and accessing historical maps and surveys, in addition to legal documents, related to property of land they are determining.
- Examining information including maps, plans, charts, and software like AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Interpreting information to clients and making reports specifying legal boundaries and other related data.
- Cooperating and working with construction crews, project managers, and government agencies, when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
