Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the logistical needs of a project.
- Assigning work to other members within your team.
- Meeting daily with clients, and other related managers to report on development.
- Set aims, purposes and accountabilities for all supervised staff.
- Daily appraising timings, labor, budget, risk and project plans to make sure work stays on path.
- Set and approving budgets.
- Performing site visits to examine work, analyze materials and make sure staff are following health and safety laws.
- Able to deal with contracts and investigating the effect of any problems.
- Make sure the providing of high-quality work within contract schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
