Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Building and executing purchasing tactics.
- Handling regular purchasing activities, supervising team, and distributing assignments.
- Handling seller relatives and negotiating prices, contracts, timelines, etc.
- Keeping the supplier purchase records, database, and relevant documentation.
- Cooperating with inventory control to evaluate and handle inventory requirements.
- Handling the maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Make sure that all procured items fulfil the needed quality protocols and specifications.
- Making cost predictions and handling budgets.
- Collaborating to enhance purchasing systems and procedures.
- Provide training to new employees in the purchasing development and how to use the purchasing system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
