Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure correct and processing on time of all seller, employee and operational payments as per with internal processes and protocols.
- Apply suitable tax deductions like sales tax, withholding tax etc. as per with appropriate laws, although keeping proper documentation.
- Cooperate with banks for payment processing and rectify transaction-relevant problems.
- Evaluate and validate supporting documents for all payment requests to make sure correctness, completeness and suitable approvals.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of payment accounts to make sure correct and rectify differences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ICMA finalist/ B.Com/ BBA Degree in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
