Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance for software, hardware, network and system problems.
- Rectify and troubleshoot issues relevant to Mac OS/ Windows, office productivity applications and network connectivity.
- Configure, fix and keep laptops, printers, desktops and mobile devices.
- Handle user permissions, accounts and access controls via active directory and other related identity management tools.
- Support in off-boarding and on-boarding of employees, making sure IT equipment and authorizations are provisioned and neutralized.
- Interpret perplex problems to upper engineers or related team members when required.
- Keep IT asset inventories, IT documentation and support logs.
- Assist remote employees and rectify problems through remote desktop tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in Mac OS/ Windows environments.
- Robust troubleshooting skills with a client-related mindset.
- Should have like Microsoft M365/ MTA, CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
