Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Outline domestic or regional transportation planning issues or significances.
- Take part in public hearings or meetings to clarify planning suggestions, to collect feedback from those influenced by projects, or to achieve gain compromise on project designs.
- Generate reports or suggestions on transportation planning.
- Coordinate with engineers to research, examine, or determination complex transportation design problems.
- Suggest transportation system enhancements or projects, as per population, economic, land-use, or traffic forecasts.
- Make computer models to rectify transportation planning problems.
- Examine information relevant to transportation like land use rules, environmental effect of projects, or long-range planning requirements.
- Understand information from geographic information systems, traffic modeling software, or related databases.
- Prepare design transportation studies to classify areas of public distress.
- Coordinate with other related professionals to establish supportable transportation policies at the domestic, regional, or national phase.
- Assess transportation project requirements or costs.
- Evaluate data from traffic totaling programs.
- Evaluation development strategies for transportation system infrastructure requirements, effects, or compliance as per suitable transportation rules.
- Make essential documents to get planned project permits or approvals.
- Build environmental documents, like environmental evaluation or environmental influence statements.
- Make or assessment engineering trainings or conditions.
- Progress or test new approaches or models of transportation examination.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
