Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to perform correct pricing and measuring by utilizing specifications, Contract drawings, and Bills of Quantities.
- To manage all post-contract functions like managing of final and interim payments, differences, commercial and contractual communication, claims, cash flows, etc.
- Recommend on contractual difficulties.
- Make sure wholeness and legitimacy of contractual needs.
- Guidance on Contractor’s resource distribution.
- Perform audit payments to Contractors.
- Make sure quick submittal and wholeness of estimates.
- Review and record assess of work completion.
- Make differences and day-works.
- Track contracts ultimate cost assessment.
- Keep expenses records.
- Evaluation, negotiate and make claim settlements.
- Cooperate and track actions of his team.
- Make financial statements for monthly report.
- Able to perform other assignments related with this position as may be necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
