Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to evaluate their needs and to ensure they understand each issues.
- Establish robust relations with businesses to keep business and to get new customers.
- Coordinate with the internal departments of the organization to make sure they fulfil the business needs.
- Determination complaints and maintain monitor of all processes relating to every client account.
- Responsible for the client’s representative in the organization to support the best customer service for each customer.
- Gather and analyze data regarding consumer behavior to comprehend trend variations in clients’ requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ICMA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in using Software like SAP, Tally, Quickbooks etc.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
