Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and implement risk-based audit planning to assess the efficiency of internal controls and classify parts of development.
- Perform detailed and impartial inspections of operational measures, financial statements, and internal controls to classify potential errors, risks, and indiscretions.
- Evaluate compliance with well-known strategies, actions, guidelines, and industry major practices.
- Classify and communicate control deficits and advise real-world solutions to report recognized risks and progress development competence.
- Evaluation and assess operational procedures to classify prospects for cost-effective, revenue improvement, and process development.
- Coordinate with senior management to make action plans to resolve audit conclusions and track the execution of helpful activities.
- Track and evaluate to obey to agreed internal control measures and report any abnormalities to senior management.
- Stay informed with variations in regulations, laws, and accounting protocols to make sure compliance and advise essential changes to internal control systems and procedures.
- Supervise a team of auditors, delivering direction, training, and performance assessments.
- Make complete audit reports, comprising discoveries, inferences, and references for enhancement, and interpret them to upper management and other related stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CIA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
