Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make annual budget effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and relevant transport companies.
- Design work rotation, allocate responsibilities suitably and evaluate outcomes.
- Hire, choose, orient, train and inspire staff.
- Generate reports and indicators repeatedly like waste stock, IN/OUT status report, report etc.
- Monitor warehousing, distribution receiving, and repairs operations.
- Make sure supply chain procedures fulfill lawful necessities and principles.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to gain more lucrative deals.
- Track logistics to ensure they run effortlessly.
- Keeping supply chain records and inventory.
- Support and Train junior employees.
- Handle inventory, procurement and logistics timely.
- Create and execute supply tactics effectively.
- Generate the company’s supply chain plan.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Supply chain management, logistics or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
