- Classify and execute advancements to improve manufacturing smoothness and evaluate performance metrics to lead constant enhancement.
- Making and monitoring the systems that make sure the company fulfills with all appropriate codes, related to statutory and legal needs.
- Meet the procedures given by SECP for carry out legal, financial, and statutory matters.
- Perform registration as Company Secretary for the organization efficiently.

- Coordinate with advisers and regulators, like auditors, lawyers, and government bodies for keeping company matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA qualified and LLB/LLM degree but Master’s degree in commerce or business administration is desirable.
- At least have 7 – 10 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
