Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial analysis, reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to generate business growth.
- Build and support finance team.
- Establish and execute financial tactics as per fulfilling business goals.
- Handle treasury, cash flow and risk management.
- Supervise financial budgeting, planning and forecasting.
- Supervise budgeting, financial reporting and estimating processes.
- Make sure correctness of financial statements in compliance as per IFRS and regulatory needs.
- Monitor risk management, internal controls and audit coordination.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to lead financial performance and operational efficacy.
- Handle cash flow, working capital and cost control measures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CPA/ CMA and Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 7 years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office and accounting Software like ERP.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
