Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and interpret practical reports and give presentations to stakeholders and other clients.
- Assist performance management by tracking KPIs and supporting in assessment.
- Aligning training sessions as per performance gaps and training needs evaluation, when necessary.
- Keep HR records and support efficient on and off boarding.
- Support in the hiring process, comprising resume screening, interviews, jobs posting and onboarding.
- Handle cabin crew department, employee issues managing and engagement events.
- Review, draft and modify HR letters, policies and organizational documents in Urdu and English.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Human resource or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
