Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate agreements, contracts and other related legal documents.
- Deliver regular legal and regulatory support throughout functional areas, comprising compliance reviews and queries.
- Assist and track sales and vendor relevant market recoveries.
- Give priority to tasks as per management instructions to make sure efficient and effective recovery operation.
- Support with Labor and IR relevant issues, including all administrative and corporate aspects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have LLB Degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
