- Handle project from start to finish to make sure high quality, ground-breaking and useful design.
- Understand the brief to classify clients requirements and put together possibility reports and design suggestions.
- Make ideas keeping in mind client’s requirements, building’s practice and environmental effect.
- Generate detailed blueprints and generate any essential improvements.
- Assemble project conditions.
- Retain within timelines and budgets.
- Make sure that all works are followed to particular protocols, building codes, strategies and principles.
- Perform on site visits to monitor on project status and make report on project.
- Collaborate and coordinate with construction professionals.
- Stay tuned with the architectural trends and developments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Architect or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
