Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish engineering explanations a delivering the essentials leadership and supervision for project team members to execute those actions.
- Handle financial positions of construction projects, making sure arrangement with cash flow and budget needs.
- Evaluate MEP-particular needs, like electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems and make sure correct prediction.
- Use of cost management tools like Autocad, revit, procare and Microsoft excel for monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate with procurement, design and project management team members to enhance cost efficiency throughout all parts.
- Perform validation of interim payment certificates.
- Review bar bending schedules and make correct cost estimates.
- Make, monitor and change project budgets in overall the construction lifecycle.
- Keep records of change orders, cost differentiations and budget reports for MEP and civil parts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Diploma of Associate engineer or BSc degree in civil engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 7+ years of experience in similar role.
- Strong knowledge about construction materials and methodologies.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
