Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure particular and bookkeeping on time, with accurate posting of all accounting entries in the respected accounting software.
- Supervising end-to-end bid procedure, comprising opportunity documentation, essential approvals, qualification and proposal compliance.
- Making and executing bid tactics as per with the company’s aims and client needs.
- Collaborate with several teams, comprising technology, operations, legal procurement, and finance to make sure all aspects of a bid are resolved.
- Handling bidding budgets, resource development and timelines to make sure high-quality and on-time proposal compliances.
- Modifying response and way out for the new pitches as per the need. Keeping whole and correct bid documentation, comprising bid documents, records of communication and pricing details.
- Taking part in negotiation sessions to get favorable conditions and terms whereas concentrating on profitability.
- Making sure compliance with client needs, rules and industry protocols. Tracking and reviewing bid performance statistics to classify areas for advancements.
- Supervise and communicate the whole bid management procedure, comprising evaluating bid invitations, performing no-bid / bid assessment and building timelines.
- Make convincing and influential bid content, comprising effective summaries, pricing models, valuable propositions, and procedural responses.
- Handling resources, timelines, and making sure the bid fulfil all needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders like operations, procurement, and subject matter experts, to collect data and make bid tactics.
- Building and keeping MIS Reports, Trackers for the upper management and internal assessments. Making presentation and case studies as customize solution for new ideas.
- Evaluate sales contracts to make sure they fulfil legal and corporate procedures.
- Communicate with clients and reply to important queries regarding the company’s products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BE degree in Electrical or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
