Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the manager industrial engineering to make and implement industrial engineering tactics as per production targets.
- Perform motion and time studies, capacity review and line balancing to build and keep manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team comprising quality assurance, manufacturing and maintenance to rectify operational problems.
- Make and execute workstation and layout design advancements to improve ergonomics and productivity.
- Deliver technical guidance and expertise to rectify perplex manufacturing challenges and make sure obey to quality protocols.
- Track and handle production timelines to gain on-time delivery aims whereas maximizing resource usage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Manufacturing engineering, Industrial engineering or relevant education.
- At least 3 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
