- Monitor and manage all factors of embroidery department within the fashion retail sector.
- Collaborate with production and design team members to know-how regarding embroidery needs for each article.
- Lead team of embroidery workers, delivering assistance and guidance to make sure quality and completion of product on time.
- Perform quality examination of finished embroidery work to make sure obey to design conditions and quality protocols.
