Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and handle relations with key accounts in Lahore to lead business retention and growth.
- Responsible for dedicated key clients, rectifying their requirements and making sure the highest level of service.
- Classify new business opportunities and upsell products/ services to current clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, sales and operations to offer solutions accustomed to client requirements.
- Track and evaluate client performance and business trends to make sure as per business aims.
- Perform negotiation terms, contracts and pricing with clients.
- Daily report on sales forecasts, account status, and major performance metrics.
- Deliver guidance and training to clients on product utilization, making sure maximum value.
- Rectify client issues and concerns quickly and promptly to keep long-term relations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA degree or relevant education from any reputed university.
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
