Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fulfil administrative arrangements for workers and staff comprising Accommodation, Travels.
- Bill, cargo, mess & post from and to Head office.
- Forecasting of admin budgets for permit from Manager and tracking after permit.
- Repair & maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
- Local purchasing as needed.
- Modify attendance of labor & staff on regular basis and report to Manager & HO.
- Make monthly join & left report for head office.
- Make sure that all related records are stayed updated.
- All problems about employees like addition, overtime, leave, deletion, attendance records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ BA degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
