Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver safety/ technical data to acquire the accurate maintenance method, and maintain maintenance protection, and ecologically approachable.
- Perform root cause examination with supervisor/ engineer, and suggest enduring result.
- Advance the technical skills of the team member through internal training/ discussion.
- Knowledge suggestion of modification or localization to advance maintenance situations and decrease maintenance charges.
- Assist supervisor/ engineer to make development resources and implement defensive maintenance, counteractive maintenance and plant halt asks to surge dependability of process of system.
- Preparation, corresponding, and allocating hiring manpower to team for regular maintenance task.
- Right participation in repair and maintenance of tool with team member.
- Assist supervisor/ engineer in budget development, possibility preparation, etc.
- Regular report administrator and other related task assigned by the manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Power engineering and Industrial electronics engineering, and Thermal dynamic or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Chinese language speaking skill or credentials like HSK is desirable.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
