Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide support and organizing patient care.
Assigning healthcare and nursing resources where desirable.
Establishing nurses’ proceedings concerning patients.
Assist patients in preparing paperwork to doctors.
Managing patient payments with related department.
Contributing in the recruiting process of new nursing staff member and provide training new to hires.
Making schedules for nursing staff members.
Determining employee conflicts effectively.
Determining patient concerns efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have BS in Nursing, Social work, Biology, Pre-medicine or relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 5+ years of experience in KSA.
Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
Arabic speaker is desirable but can write and speak English as well.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
