Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor the correct and timely handling of vendor payments, make sure all invoices are confirmed and accepted.
Handle the verification, receipt, and entry of seller invoices into the SAP system.
Make sure all invoices are correctly implied and maintained with mandatory documentation.
Conduct monthly settlements of accounts payable ledgers, examining and determining any differences.
Keep optimistic relations with sellers, rectifying payment-relevant explorations and arguments.
Monitor and follow up expenses relevant to sellers, make sure follow to finances and reporting variances.
Create monthly reports on payables, comprising cash flow forecasts, aging reports, and expense analysis.
Make sure all payable dealings obey with financial strategies, tax rules, and audit necessities.
Support in the making of withholding tax filings and make sure compliance with appropriate tax rules.
Support in gaining essential supports for payment handling, managing with department heads and upper management.
Use SAP for invoice handling, seller payment preparation, and reporting.
Support in reconciling bank statements as per payment documents.
Deliver essential documents and reports for external and internal audits relevant to accounts payable.
Track and report regarding cash flow, make sure payments are completed on time.
Constantly evaluate and advise enhancements in the payables procedure to improve competence.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, and treasury team members to make sure flat management of vendor and payments relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have ACCA finalist or part-qualified or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems relevant to payables management.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
