Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to record and keep enquiry register on daily basis.
- Evaluate customer’s bid papers, technical description and needs, recognizes the possibility of service, make list of technical clarifications and deviations.
- Make timely and overall pre-bid documentation.
- Assess most precisely suitable and cost-saving solutions.
- Receiving backup information, quotations from internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, etc.
- Effective coordination and perform essential meetings with internal stakeholders like engineering, legal, operations, etc. as well other related business units.
- Classifies possible risks in the bids/ quotations/ estimates/ solutions offered.
- Make sure all pre-tender procedures and proposals follow related guidelines, rationalize terms and conditions accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ BE/ BSc in Electrical, electronic from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
