Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring a team of account executives to make sure that sales goals are accomplished.
- Setting rational sales quotas to be completed by the sales team effectively.
- Building long-lasting relations with new customers.
- Handling current customer accounts by making sure that present customers remain satisfied with the company products.
- Building and executing actual account plans to keep existing customers.
- Classifying customer requirements and communicating how company products achieve those needs.
- Building rock-solid sales proposals to satisfy potential and present customers to purchase company products.
- Gathering customer feedback to evaluate product shortfalls.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ CMA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
