Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Authenticate, distribute, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate error-free accounting reports and interpret their outcomes.
- Examine financial data and summarize financial position.
- Identify errors and recommend methods to enhance efficiency.
- Deliver technical assistance and suggest on Management Accountant.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to accounting systems and laws.
- Handle accounting supports and bookkeepers.
- Take part in financial protocols setting and in estimate process.
- Deliver input into department aims setting stages.
- Make financial statements and generate budget as per schedule.
- Support with tax returns and audits.
- Direct external and internal audits to make sure compliance.
- Design, plan, assign and assess staff’s work.
- Assist month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Build and document business procedures and accounting strategies to keep and support internal controls.
- Make sure compliance with GAAP principles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
