Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality inspections on finished products to make sure they fulfil the company’s quality protocols and customer expectations.
- Design, build and implement quality control measures and processes to improve the overall competence and effectiveness of the department.
- Build and keep quality control records and documentation.
- Supervise root cause assessment efforts for quality defects and execute accurate and precautionary measures.
- Cooperate with multi-cultural team members to classify and resolve quality problems.
- Deliver training and assist to team on quality control procedures.
- Stay informed with industry trends to make sure that our procedures as per compliance with related protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Tech/ B.Sc Degree in Civil from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
