Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day project delivery, comprising budget control, planning execution and team cooperation for power infrastructure projects.
- Able to handle and execute of EPC projects (transmission and substations lines up to 500kv), comprising construction of allied civil works.
- Handle cost estimation, proposal development and contract negotiations for competitive EPC tenders.
- Have strong leadership skills to lead multidisciplinary team members and cooperate with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Have PMP certification preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 10+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
