Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day budgeting, financial planning and estimating for retail and apparel operations.
- Handle margin analysis, costing and pricing support for periodic fashion collections.
- Track working capital, cash flow and inventory financing to assist wholesale and retail channels.
- Make sure correct financial reporting, MIS and compliance with statutory and tax laws.
- Evaluate sales performance, store stability and product-wise margins.
- Control operational cost throughout production, logistics, sourcing and retail stores.
- Cooperate with supply chain and merchandising teams on demand planning and inventory enhancement.
- Supervise audits, internal controls and risk handling processes.
- Assist tactic decisions relevant to new stores, expansion and brand growth programs.
- Handle and build the finance team amid leading process advancements and automation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ CIMA/ CMA/ MBA’s Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 6 – 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
