Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and keep accounting procedures and policies, making sure suitable internal controls.
- Support with the month-end closing procedure and financial reporting effectively.
- Perform account reconciliations and payroll journal entries efficiently.
- Coordinate with department to make comprehensive expense budgets, evaluate actual / budget variances and assess with department managers and upper management.
- Make financial reports and analysis relevant to the company’s farms operations efficiently.
- Assist financial and supervisory audits.
- Other job related duties as given to fulfil business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
