Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to record sales invoices and handle sales accounts.
- Make regular collection reports.
- Assist month-end and year-end closing measures related to receivables.
- Perform reconciliation of customer ledgers and rectify differences.
- Make product-wise and region-wise sales reports.
- Make customer aging reports, track outstanding invoices and inform management.
- Keep export customer accounts, record sales in USD and adjust exchange gain or loss.
- Authenticate and record seller invoices relevant to exports with appropriate authorization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
