Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Liable to gain business goals of primary & secondary sales.
Deliver correct product explanation to customers and also informed them with latest offerings.
Reach to potential customers, manage market visits to present company’s products effectively.
Recognize new section and potential business opportunities or develop them.
Responsible to provide updated market trend and intelligence to manager.
Handle customer queries with proficient tactics as per company policies.
Plan, development and execution for market visits.
Effective usage of marketing budget by DSR and Distributor.
Effective usage of subsidies given to Distributor.
Provide weekly reporting on all KPI’s to Manager.
Handle of all Co. assets comprising POS material.
Implementation and execution of sales software at distributor.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelors or Masters in relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
