Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure processes based on Engro Fertilizers HSE guidelines and ethics.
- Keeping compliance with Engro Fertilizers processes, plans, and moral values.
- Make sure that the sales objectives for all products / brands are fulfilled according to strategy.
- Make and keeping an effectual and operative dealer network through daily trader contacts and impactful communication to increase Sales and attain strategic Market shares.
- Deliver feedback on time over the market condition, sales viewpoints, competitor’s actions, and product evaluating.
- Build farmer contact based on the settled strategy through numerous actions.
- Make sure intake of the product based on decided retaining and conversion objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc/ BBA degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
