Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle full hiring processes comprising screening, sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates. Along with recruitment managers to offer major talent to the organization.
Communicate the deliver procedure arranged with the company rewards procedure, encompassing benefits and negotiating salaries with new talent.
Support efficient combination of new candidates by forming orientation program and make sure accomplishment of necessary documentation, deliver appropriate tools etc.
Supervise employer branding advantages comprising recruitment events and job fairs, social media promotions etc.
Generate performance management procedures and monitor goals setting, mid-year evaluation and year-end considerations.
Assistance in perform exit interviews and make effective off-boarding procedure.
Communicate development and employee training programs.
Manage employee complaints and handle disciplinary act process.
Handle employee engagement initiatives like iftar, annual picnic, sports activities etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

At least 4 – 5 years of experience in similar or relevant industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong experience in full-cycle hiring using numerous interview methods and assessment techniques.
Good familiarity with resume database, social media and professional networks.
Robust in using Microsoft Office like Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
Able to interrelate with all type of the organization and across many purposes.
