1) Position: Director – Internal Audit and Compliance Department (Position: 01)

- Candidate must have CA, ACMA, & ACCA.
Post Qualification Experience:
- At least have 15 years of post-qualification experience relevant in internal audit, compliance, or a related industry.
- Note: In case of qualified chartered accountant, CA Article-ship will be considered as part of mandatory experience for the above-mentioned position.
Age:
- Maximum age should not exceed 50 years on the last date of submission of application.
Nature of Employment:
- Contract (03 years) extendable on need and performance basis.

- Candidate must be LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized University.
- Candidate must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.
- Preference will be agreed to candidates who have completed Bar at Law course after LL.B. or has obtained LL.M. degree and own prior experience in companies and corporate litigation & practice.
Post Qualification Experience:
- At least have 12 years of post-qualification experience
- 10 years’ experience as an advocate of the Sindh High Court and proven experience in independently handling corporate & criminal prosecution (white collar crime) and advisory will be ideal.
- Note: Detail of decided cases including reported cases if any preferably related to company and corporate matters, record of Trial & High Court cases as an Independent Counsel or Public Prosecutor.
Age:
- Maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of submission of application.
