Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Make sure compliance as per HSE guidelines for day-to-day processes and team actions, keeping security and ecological principles.
Increase lucrativeness by growing sales, handling margins, and controlling costs in the capacity.
Supervise the team member to fulfil sales goals and purposes, morally evaluating market circumstances and rivalry to lead fertilizer sales.
Supervise the sales of all Specialty Fertilizer Business (SFB) brands according to the permitted sales strategy and track market share performance in the space.
Lead TSOs and enhance the trader network to improve sales and distribution performance.
Make demand estimates based on area-specific sales information and market movements.
Deliver procedure advice to upper management on reasonable policies, market share development, and advertising actions.
Establish and handle associations with government authorities at the national level, make sure as per marketing and agricultural procedures.
Make and handle Budgets, Area Advertising Strategies, and supports for top resource distribution.
Supervise talent expansion programs, make sure team motivation, training, and career development, whereas keeping moral and protection principles.
Make sure efficient data entry into the portal, farmer commitment, and track product intake based on settled plans.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 4 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
