Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and execute operative sales policies.
- Handle countrywide sales teams to attain sales goals.
- Maintain prolific and proficient relations with key personnel in allocated customer accounts.
- Handle Negotiate and achieve agreements with big clients.
- Oversee and evaluate performance factors and advise developments.
- Make monthly, quarterly and annual sales estimates.
- Implement research and recognize new possible clients and new marketplace prospects.
- Deliver well-timed and operative resolutions associated with clients’ requirements.
- Communicate with Product Development and Marketing departments to make sure brand steadiness.
- Stay informed with new invention in market and make sure sales teams are on board.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA or MBA Degree in Supply chain, Marketing or Business Communication from reputed University.
- At least have 15 – 20 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Strong Understanding in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Marketing Management, Direct Sales, Leadership Sales, Trade Marketing etc.
