Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create business tactics to increase our customers’ base, enlarge store movement and enhance effectiveness.
- Fulfil sales objectives by motivating, training, mentoring and delivering response to sales workers.
- Make sure great levels of customers’ happiness through brilliant facility.
- Finish store management and make sure compliance as per strategies and processes.
- Keep exceptional store circumstance and graphical merchandising principles.
- Provide report on customer requirements, buying movements, profits etc.
- Suggest ground-breaking concepts to surge market share.
- Perform workers performance assessments to evaluate training requirements and shape career routes.
- Handle all concerns that rise from team or customers such as complaints, queries, grievances etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Additional relevant certification desirable.
- Strong understanding of inventory tracking systems and industry’s best practices.
