Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Grow and execute yearly audit plans as per risk evaluation.
- Supervise and oversee internal audit team members amid audit actions.
- Assess the efficiency of internal risk and controls management procedures.
- Generate comprehensive audit reports and interpret findings to upper management.
- Suggest enhancements to strategies, measures, and controls.
- Make sure compliance with supervisory needs and company guidelines.
- Cooperate with external auditors and controlling bodies as required.
- Track the execution of audit suggestions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best major practices, and supervisory modifications.
- Able to provide training and direction to audit workers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ M.COM/ MBA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
