Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and attain HSE-relevant Important Performance Indicators (KPIs) for completely managerial purposes, make sure arrangement with organizational aims.
- Make sure the obtainability, functionality, and upkeep of all non-mining services under the manager’s control, although assisting separate processes for internal stakeholders.
- Build systems for well-organized office management, comprising office distributions, establishment of stationery, ergonomics, installations, and services such as photocopying, etc.
- Establish and execute a complete M&R management of all admin parts to make sure the ease and security of capability inhabitants.
- Manage fleet processes as per industry top practices and risk-based structures, make sure compliance as per E-Corp and SECMC plans.
- Coordinate with Site and HR management to build and impose compliance as per rota procedures, make sure secure and uneven transportation processes.
- Tactically handle warehouse, operative execution of procedures for inventory and warehousing control, make sure effective processes, compliance with company guidelines, and assist for site operations on time. Provide training resources on procurement and commercial practices; build association with all stakeholders to make sure inventory management and faultless implementation of getting and issuance of resources.
- Deliver resources and emergency assistance to external stakeholders such as law enforcement, community, VIP events-movements, visitors, government agencies, etc. as required, comprising vehicles and utilities.
- Supervise programs to make sure the frequent development of assets and facilities under management.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to evaluation, support, and help related training initiative for team growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
