Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure customer fulfilment through after-sales service.
- Evolving policies to develop the developments and level of service delivered by the after-sales service department.
- Overseeing and handling after-sales service team and make sure that excellence and service principles are fulfilled.
- Track and investigates customer feedback movements to classify and determination numerous difficulties.
- Handle inventories and stocks of extra products and parts.
- Generate and execute control and quality procedures to make sure that the after-sales service functions efficiently.
- Conduct negotiate agreements with product and service sellers to make sure a decent level of customer service.
- Document and keep informed measures and guidelines for the management and usage of services and products.
- Planning measures and documents to inspire problem resolving and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- At least have 10 – 12 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Robust understanding about lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries and inverters.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
