Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead as a trustworthy advisor to retail stores team members by delivering HR instruction and assistance on a diverse of matters comprising employee relations, performance management and talent growth.
- Coordinate with retail heads to organize HR and Business tactics, make sure that the talent requires of the business are fulfilled proficiently.
- Lead engagement programs that encourage a positive work ethics, affiliated with the business mission and values.
- Supervise workforce planning, succession planning and talent management programs to make sure the business is prolific future.
- Make recommendation on development and learning initiatives to improve employee abilities & skills and encourage career development.
- Rectify and mediate perplex employee associations concerns, performing examination and assessment as requires.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA in Human resource or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 6 – 8 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using accounting software like SAP.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
